Snow!

It's official. Today was the first day of snow for Southampton. Thankfully it hasn't stayed on the ground but the sky is a terrible grey and the wind is cold and does it sound like I'm complaining/whining? Okay, I am. Summer was so short and now winter is here so early, it just seems so unfair. Oh well, I'll eventually buck up and put up with it.

I was downtown today when the snow began and took this picture looking down High Street towards the lake. Look at the massive grey cloud hanging over town.
