Yummy Strawberry Jam

Yesterday, Reebs finally had a day off. Right now she is working six days a week. Poor girl. On her day off she wanted to make some strawberry jam. How could I resist? The strawberries at Hi-Berry Farm (a farm a bike ride away) are delicious. They are picked fresh daily, often times when I buy them they have just come out of the field! Here are some pictures of our hard work. I can't wait to enjoy the taste of fresh strawberries in the deep of winter!
