A. When your kid's childhood friend is at your house installing a railing for you.

Yikes! Today Zack is here installing a railing going down to our basement. This railing is much overdue. We haven't had one since we moved in. He was here over Christmas visiting and he casually said, "You know I make railings and I could make a railing for you." Well, Techno Dude and I jumped at the offer and today it was installed!
